When looking at older versions of Windows 10 the Status of the device showed 1 Gig instead of the Mbps and the older version when tested had the expected Mbps quality of service. I have tested all options in House and believe something went wrong on one of these Windows upgrades because I do not believe it is a Carrier issue.
