He ordered the parts to fix it, but those parts arrived damaged. Instead of getting parts in good condition, the repairman said they would just send a new TV out.
I was totally fine with that resolution, but after weeks of repeatedly trying to contact LG corporate, I got a message that they would send me a check for the depreciated value of the TV after I send this one back to them.
